Okay I’ll admit it... I rolled my eyes at first 😄 Thought this was gonna be another one of those miracle videos. But some of what she said actually sounded familiar.
Sounds nice but I still don’t understand why nobody talks about this. Every woman I know complains about sleep but nobody says THIS part out loud.
Just wanna say things can get better. I stopped enjoying simple things because I was always thinking ahead. Started following along with this and lately I’ve been feeling more relaxed and sleeping better. Feels nice.
@DonnaS Same. I thought I was literally the only person dealing with this until I read comments.
I kept telling myself it was just getting older. My mom had it too so I thought that was life. Not cured or anything but nights have been easier lately.
Weird thing — I noticed my sleep before I noticed anything else. I used to wake up and already feel annoyed because I knew I'd be up again.
Maybe coincidence but I’ve had more energy recently 😄 Probably because I’m actually sleeping instead of waking up every few hours.
I've bought enough random stuff over the years that I almost closed this after 2 minutes. Glad I stayed. Nothing dramatic but I'm noticing little changes.

Anyone else here just starting? Reading comments because I’m tired of getting up all night.
My daughter sent me this and I ignored her for 3 days 😄 Finally watched it yesterday.
Only been about a week for me. Not huge changes yet but nights feel a little calmer.
I went through an entire church service Sunday without getting distracted once. That felt nice.
Been dealing with this for years and honestly stopped expecting anything to help. Nights were the hardest — waking up over and over and feeling exhausted in the morning. I watched the whole thing and figured why not. Not saying everything changed, but I'm sleeping longer and thinking about bathrooms way less.
